Before joining KW Commercial, he owned and operated a graphic design and advertising business for 13 years. As a former marketer and business owner, he knows how and where to market the business for maximum exposure while maintaining confidentiality. His client list included Audi, VW, Coca Cola and other top companies in the US.
After entering the commercial real estate and business brokerage field, he has represented and closed many deals and is now ready to serve you! He specialize in gas stations, convenience stores, land brokerage, multi-family, hospitality, and other cash producing properties in greater San Antonio Metroplex.

Originally from Panjab, India, having lived in the United States for over 25 years, Ravpreet understands the blend of both western and eastern cultures and can provide a higher level of service and analyze numbers to look at any investment project. He recently earned the designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), the PhD of commercial real estate, by taking core courses and networking to learn, network, and better prepare to take advantages for the future opportunities!
